WaLooker ("we", "our", or "us") provides a parent sleep tracking service. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our mobile application and related services.

We collect the following types of information:

• Account Information: email address and authentication details.
• Sleep Data: sleep start/end times, awake periods, and related notes you enter.
• Device & Usage Data: app version, OS version, crash logs, and feature usage (anonymized where possible).
• Push Notification Tokens: device tokens required to deliver notifications.

• To provide sleep tracking, insights, and history.
• To send push notifications for sleep reminders and updates (you can manage these in device settings).
• To improve stability and performance using crash analytics.
• To process subscriptions and manage billing status.

Data is stored using Firebase services (Firebase Authentication, Firestore/Realtime Database, and Cloud Functions).

We use industry-standard security practices: encryption in transit (TLS), access controls, and regular reviews.

We do not sell your personal data.

We may send notifications related to sleep schedules, reminders, and app updates.

You can disable notifications at any time via your device settings.

WaLooker offers weekly and monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.

Payment is handled by Apple App Store / Google Play. We do not store payment card details.

Subscription status is linked to your account to enable premium features.

WaLooker is intended for parents and caregivers. We do not knowingly collect personal data directly from children.

If you believe a child has provided personal data without consent, contact us to request deletion.

• Access, update, or delete your account and sleep data within the app (Settings > Account).
• Export your sleep history (CSV) from the app.
• Contact us to request data deletion or ask privacy questions.
